한국 출생으로 12세에 미국으로 가서 중고등 과정을 수료하고 버클리 대학교에서 정치학을 전공 하였습니다. 이후 캐나다 유빅 대학교의 법학과에 진학하여 로스쿨 학업을 마친 후, 대한민국 삼성물산 법무팀에서 근무하였습니다.
이후 캐나다 정상급 로펌에서 캐나다 변호사로 활동하여 쌓은 풍부한 실무경험을 바탕으로 2011년 정필균 법률그룹을 설립하여 최정상의 법률 서비스를 제공해드리고 있습니다.
